Mitarbeiter für die Leitung Lager und Versand (m/w/d)

Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um eine Befristung für 12 Monate während einer Brückenteilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf aller Logistikprozesse
  • Strategische Planung und Optimierung der Lager- und Logistikprozesse
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Logistikteams
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Waren Ein- und Ausgänge
  • Bestandsverantwortung, Bestandsmanagement und Inventuren
  • Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Vertrieb und Produktion
  • Überwachung und Steuerung von Lagerbeständen und Materialflüsse
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Qualitätsmanagement im Logistikbereich
  • Projektbetreuung
  • Umsetzung unserer Zertifizierungsstandards (z.B. FSSC)
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung und Kostenoptimierung

Ihre Qualifikation

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Lager und Versand
  • Berufserfahrung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
