Leitung Logopädie (m/w/d) bei relaxyaveda in Bielefeld

Du bist Logopäde/Logopädin, Sprachtherapeut/in oder Klinische/r Linguist/in, verfügst bereits über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung und möchtest künftig nicht nur behandeln, sondern auch fachlich gestalten und Verantwortung übernehmen?

Als Leitung Logopädie bei relaxyaveda verbindest du deine Arbeit am Patienten mit einer echten fachlichen Führungsrolle. Du begleitest unser Logopädie-Team standortübergreifend, bist Ansprechpartner/in bei fachlichen Fragen und kannst die Entwicklung unserer Logopädie, interne Abläufe und gemeinsame Standards aktiv mitgestalten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • fachliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Logopädie-Teams
  • Ansprechpartner/in für fachliche Fragestellungen
  • Begleitung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Entwicklung gemeinsamer therapeutischer Standards
  • Mitgestaltung unserer logopädischen Angebote
  • eigene logopädische bzw. sprachtherapeutische Behandlungen
  • interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Heilpraktik und Osteopathie
  • fachliche und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs

Das bringst du mit:

  • anerkannte Ausbildung in Logopädie oder Studium in Logopädie, Sprachtherapie, Klinischer Linguistik bzw. vergleichbare anerkannte Qualifikation
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für Diagnostik, Therapie, Kommunikation und Dokumentation
  • fachliche Sicherheit und Freude an Verantwortung
  • Führungserfahrung willkommen, aber nicht erforderlich
  • Führerschein Klasse B für standortübergreifenden Einsatz wünschenswert

  • zusätzlich 275 € brutto monatliche Qualifikationszulage je anerkannter fachlicher Zusatzqualifikation , z. B. AHNF nach Norbert Fuhr oder vergleichbar
