  • Darstellung von Kennzahlen, Berichterstattung an Träger und Fördermittelgeber
  • Personalführung und -entwicklung sowie Personalauswahl und -planung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den öffentlichen Dienststellen und Institutionen sowie Gremien- und Netzwerkarbeit
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Pädagogik, der Sozialen Arbeit, Psychologie oder ein vergleichbares Studium (Diplom oder Master)
  • Abgeschlossene (oder fortgeschrittene) Zusatzqualifikation (z.B. systemische Familientherapie oder Kinder- und Jugendlichen-Psychotherapie)
  • Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung im Bereich Familienhilfe, Erziehungshilfe, Jugendhilfe oder psychosoziale Beratung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Freude an der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung einer Beratungsstelle
  • Rechtskenntnisse: Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, Datenschutz, Schweigepflicht, Aufsichtsrecht; ggf. Kenntnis zu Grundsätzen der Eingliederungshilfe
  • Kenntnisse des Berliner sozialen Hilfesystems, Förderinstrumente, Qualitätsmanagement, Evaluation und Reporting
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Repräsentation unserer EFB
  • Gestaltungswille in der bezirklichen, inklusiven Kinder-, Jugend- und Familienarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Empathie sowie Kompromiss- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Wertschätzender, motivierender und fördernder Führungsstil
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Innovationsfreude und persönliches Engagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in interne Software- und Computerprogramme einzuarbeiten
