  • Unser Kunde betreibt östlich von Parchim, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern eine moderne Seniorenresidenz.
  • Im Rahmen der direkten Vermittlung suchen wir in Auftrag des Trägers zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Ergotherapeuten (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit für die Tätigkeit der Leitung der Sozialen Betreuung.
  • Das Angebot:

  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium Ergotherapie, alternativ über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/ zum Ergotherapeut/in, über Erfahrung im Umgang mit alten und pflegebedürftigen Menschen und idealerweise über erste Leitungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (keine zwingende Voraussetzung).
  • Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
  • Personaleinsatzplanung, Planung von Fort- und Weiterbildungen, Mitwirkung bei der Personalauswahl, Mitwirkung im Aufnahmemanagement, Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Planung und Durchführung von Gruppen- und Einzeltherapien, fachlicher Austausch mit der Pflegedienst- und Einrichtungsleitung, Durchführen von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien und Dokumentationsaufgaben.
