  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Organisation und Steuerung des Fachbereichs
  • Planung, Koordination und Optimierung der OP-Abläufe
  • Personalführung, -entwicklung und -planung für das OP-Team
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, Hygienerichtlinien und Patientensicherheit
  • Schnittstelle zwischen anderen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Budget- und Ressourcenverantwortung für den OP-Bereich
  • Implementierung neuer Prozesse, Technologien und digitaler Lösungen

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen oder Studium in der Pflege, Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Position im OP-Management oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Krankenhausprozessen, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen im OP- und Klinikmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamorientiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
