Wir suchen im Bereich Technik der MEG Roßbach GmbH für den Standort Roßbach Unterstützung.

# Leitung operative Instandhaltung (w/m/d)

DAS MACHST DU

  • Sicherstellung der nachhaltigen Verfügbarkeit aller Maschinen, Anlagen und technischen Einrichtungen im Werk
  • Verantwortung für den störungsfreien Betrieb des gesamten Maschinenparks und der dazugehörigen Nebenanlagen
  • strategische Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Instandhaltungsprozesse
  • Planung und Organisation von Wartungs- sowie Reinigungsmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle der Kostenstellen sowie des Budgets im Bereich Instandhaltung
  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung des Instandhaltungsteams
  • Koordination und fachgerechte Unterweisung von Fremdfirmen

DAS LIEFERST DU

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur, Techniker oder Meister (w/m/d) im technischen Bereich
  • nachweisliche Führungskompetenz im Umgang mit Teams und Einzelpersonen
  • ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Produktionsanlagen, Maschinen und technische Einrichtungen
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Kunststoffspritzguss sowie in der Elektrotechnik
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Sekundärenergieerzeugung von Vorteil
