  • Schulorganisation, kannst Menschen führen und willst dabei nicht
  • Chef:in, sondern Möglichmacher:in sein Du kombinierst strukturiertes
  • Denken mit Haltung, Vision und einem klaren Ja zu Veränderung Deine
  • Aufgaben Du baust eine OTA-Schule auf – strategisch, operativ,
  • inhaltlich Du gestaltest Curriculum, Team, Prüfungen – und
  • entwickelst mit, was vorher nicht da war Du führst mit Augenhöhe,
  • planst mit Weitsicht und unterrichtest mit Relevanz Bewirb dich über
