### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes pädagogisches Studium in Medizinpädagogik/ Pflegepädagogik sowie Berufsausbildung als Operationstechnischer Assistent ( OTA ) oder eine Pflegeausbildung. Außerdem: Berufserfahrung im OP
  • Du kennst Schulorganisation, kannst Menschen führen und willst dabei nicht Chef:in, sondern Möglichmacher:in sein
  • Du kombinierst strukturiertes Denken mit Haltung, Vision und einem klaren Ja zu Veränderung

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Du baust eine OTA-Schule auf – strategisch, operativ, inhaltlich
  • Du gestaltest Curriculum, Team, Prüfungen – und entwickelst mit, was vorher nicht da war
  • Du führst mit Augenhöhe, planst mit Weitsicht und unterrichtest mit Relevanz
