unser kleines Praxisteam würde sich freuen ein neues Teammitglied bei sich aufnehmen zu können. Teil- oder Vollzeit. Gerne auch WiedereinsteigerIn.

Zu meiner Unterstützung benötige ich eine Leitungskraft. Beginn mit 5 Std. wöchentlich. In den nächsten Jahren ausbaufähig. Eine spätere Praxisübernahme denkbar.

Die Praxis ist in einem schönen Altbau mitten in der Innenstadt mit 5 in sich abgeschlossenen, hellen Therapieräumen. Höhenverstellbare Bänke sind selbstverständlich.

Da wir von von unseren Rezeptionskräften entlastet werden, haben wir das Privileg uns ausschließlich unseren Patienten pro Behandlung 25 Min. widmen zu dürfen.

Wichtig ist uns, dass sich Kollegen und Patienten wohl fühlen. Nur dann macht Arbeit Freude und erzielt gute Ergebnisse.

Leistung und Engagement setze ich vorausund wird für alle gleich entlohnt. Erhöhen die Kassen ihre Sätze, erhöhe ich das Gehalt automatisch.Dazu ein Sozialabgaben und Steuer freien,monatlicher Gutschein im Wert von 50 Euro + 500 Euro Willkommensbonus nach der Probezeit.

Bei Zusatzqualifikation MT oder ZNS zahle ich ein noch höheres Gehalt.

Hausbesuche erhalten einen Aufschlag, wie auch die Arbeit nach 16 Uhr.

Zugang zu internen Fortbildungen zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.

Zudem 2 Fortbildungstage pro Jahr extra. Finanzielle Unterstützung zum MT-Zertifikat.

Gerne dürfen Sie bei uns vorab mal reinschnuppern für ein paar Stunden, um zu erfahren, wie es sich anfühlen könnte bei uns mitzuarbeiten.
