AUFGABEN

  • Personelle, organisatorische und kaufmännische Leitung des XXXLutz
  • Restaurants und Teams
  • Sicherstellung vereinbarter Umsatz- und Kalkulationsziele
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung zentraler Vorgaben
  • Überwachung der Umsatz- und Kostenentwicklung des Wareneinsatzes,
  • sowie Erstellung von Lagerbestandskontrollen und Inventuren
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gastronomiebereich z. B.
  • Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe, Systemgastronomie oder mehrjährige
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich
  • Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Systemgastronomie
  • Vorzugsweise mit Ausbildereignung (AEVO) oder die Bereitschaft,
  • diese bei uns zu erwerben
  • Hohe Leistungs- und Lernbereitschaft, sowie Freude am Umgang mit
  • Menschen
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Organisationstalent
  • Sicheres, seriöses und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Gästen
  • und Mitarbeitern
