# Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Leitung soziale Betreuung (m/w/d) für unser Seniorendorf Stegelchen in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung, Planung und Koordination der Beschäftigungstherapie
  • Organisation von Gruppenaktivitäten, Festen und Freizeitangeboten
  • Förderung einer positiven Atmosphäre und Motivation in der Therapie
  • Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
  • Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitszufriedenheit und Konfliktmanagement
  • Dokumentation und Umsetzung hausinterner Qualitätsstandards
  • Teilnahme am Qualitätszirkel und fortlaufende Fortbildung
  • Beschaffung und wirtschaftliche Verwendung von Materialien
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen

## Ihr Profil

  • Fachhochschulstudium der Sozialarbeit (z.B. Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Heilpädagogik, Pädagogik, Gerontologie, Gerontopsychiatrie, Ergotherapie), eine abgeschlossene dreijährige einschlägige Ausbildung (z.B. Ergotherapeut (m/w/d)) oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Psychische Stabilität im Umgang mit verhaltensbedingten Besonderheiten infolge von körperlichen, demenziellen und psychischen Krankheiten oder geistigen Behinderungen
  • Fähigkeit zur Reflexion des eigenen Handelns und Fähigkeit sich abzugrenzen
  • Engagement, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
