Ihre Aufgaben :
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung der Einrichtung als Heimvorstandsmitglied
- Eigenständige Leitung des Bereichs Soziale Betreuung
- Weiterentwicklung des Konzeptes zur sozialen Betreuung
- Vertretung der Einrichtung in verschiedenen Arbeitskreisen
- Bewohner- und Aufnahmemanagement, Sicherstellung der Belegung
- Beratung und aktive Unterstützung von Kunden zur Anspruchssicherung gegenüber Pflegekassen, Sozialhilfeträgern und Versorgungsämtern
- Kooperation und Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Krankenhäusern und anderen sozialen Diensten.
Ihr Profil:
- ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit, Gerontologie oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss (B.A./M.A./Dipl.)
- Beratungskompetenz und fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialrecht (SGB XI und SGB V)
- Berufserfahrung in der sozialen Arbeit mit Senioren
- umfassende EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere aller MS-Office-Programme
- hohe Qualitätsorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
