Leitung Sozialer Dienst/

Stellv. Einrichtungsleitung

in Teil- oder Vollzeit, unbefristet (m/w/d)

## Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Heimaufnahmemanagement
  • Unterstützung in der Integrationsphase
  • Leitung des Betreuungsteams (§43b SGB XI)
  • Rechtliche Hilfen und psychosoziale Begleitung
  • Angehörigenarbeit
  • Veranstaltungsmanagement
  • Gewinnung und Begleitung von Ehrenamtlichen
  • Vertretung der Einrichtungsleitung

## Du bringst mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Sozialarbeiter/Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Altenhilfe
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Übernahme von Leitungsverantwortung
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
