  • Für einen renommierten Träger im Bereich der Seniorenbetreuung suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung eine engagierte Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) für die Tagespflege bei Ölbronn-Dürrn.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Tagespflegeeinrichtung
  • Personalführung und -entwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität nach aktuellen gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung sowie Steuerung der Betriebsabläufe
  • Ansprechpartner für Gäste, Angehörige und Kooperationspartner

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene pflegerische Ausbildung (z. B. Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in)
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
  • Aktuelle Beschäftigung als Pflegedienstleitung in einer Tagespflege
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Empathisches und wertschätzendes Auftreten gegenüber Senioren und Team

Ihr Vorteil:

  • Attraktives Jahresbruttogehalt von ca. 60.000 EUR bis 65.000 EUR, je nach Erfahrung
