Leitung zentrale Dienste (m/w/d)

Sie leiten und entwickeln die zentralen Dienste und Verwaltungsbereiche im Haus St. Josef strategisch weiter - mit den Schwerpunkten Finanzen und Personal sowie IT, Immobilienmanagement, Flottenmanagement und Hauswirtschaft.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Budgetplanung, Aufstellen des Jahreswirtschaftsplans, Controlling, Reporting sowie Erstellen von Bilanz und G&V. Sie steuern externe Dienstleister ebenso wie die Verantwortung für Compliance, Datenschutz und Prozessqualität. Sie treiben die Digitalisierung der Verwaltungsstrukturen voran und wirken aktiv an strategischen Organisations- und Investitionsentscheidungen mit.

Sie bringen eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit und vor allem Motivation, Verwaltung neu zu denken. Sie sind zahlenaffin, strukturstark, und haben Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu durchdringen und zu gestalten. Kommunikations- und Steuerungskompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
