  • Steuerung der pädagogischen Prozesse
  • Potentialförderung der Mitarbeitenden
  • wertschätzende und stärkende Teamführung
  • Wahrnehmung der Dienst- und Fachaufsicht
  • Dokumentation und Administration

Darüber freuen wir uns

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialarbeit bzw. Sozialpädagogik (B. A./Diplom) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • ausgeprägte Sozial-, Fach- und Führungskompetenz
  • Steuerungs- und Leitungserfahrung in den Hilfen zur Erziehung und multiprofessionellen Teams
