Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on healthcare leader who enjoys building strong teams, supporting quality resident care, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes
Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitor quality, staffing, census, and operational goals
Promote a culture focused on resident satisfaction and quality outcomes
Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and healthcare partners
Support employee engagement, retention, and recruitment efforts
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth
Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative leadership

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or senior long-term care leader
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
