This role is part of a strategic effort to elevate our clinical team by bringing in advanced level counselors and expanding access to more personalized, high-quality care.

You will play a direct role in helping individuals and families build healthier, more stable lives through assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.

We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this position.

What You’ll Do

• •Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• •Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• •Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support
• •Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• •Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours
• •Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources
• •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision
• •Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education

What You’ll Bring and What You’ll Get

What You’ll Bring

• •Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• •Active Washington State license, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or associate level equivalent
• •Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches
• •Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload
• •Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Compensation:

• •Associate Licensed Clinician: $34.65 to $42.08/hour
• •Fully Licensed Clinician: $41.14 to $46.35/hour
• •Incentive Bonus
