This position requires an active State Physical Therapist license. Applicants without a PT license will not be considered.

Position Details:

HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at a continuing care retirement community in Frankfort, Indiana . In this role, you’ll work with residents across multiple levels of care, helping them regain strength, improve mobility and restore independence. You'll be supported by a collaborative therapy team and leadership that values teamwork and quality outcomes. Located near downtown Frankfort, this senior living community provides a full continuum of care and a resident-centered culture.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States . Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
