Licensed Plumber

Description

We are hiring a Licensed Journeymen Plumber to support the complex piping and utility systems in an electronics manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role responsible for keeping critical water, air, and process systems running reliably.

This position involves more than standard commercial plumbing — you’ll work with specialized industrial systems that support advanced manufacturing equipment.

• •Install, maintain, and repair:
• •Domestic water systems
• •Industrial/process water lines
• •Drain and waste systems
• •Compressed air piping
• •Facility utility piping
• •Natural gas piping
• •Compressed gases piping

• •Troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, and system failures
• •Support installation of new equipment and facility upgrades
• •Work in:
• •Production areas
• •Mechanical rooms
• •Utility chases
• •Outdoor and roof systems when required

• •Assist with preventive maintenance programs
• •Maintain compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
• •Maintain and install different waste water piping systems

Qualifications

• •Valid Licensed Michigan Journeyman Plumber
• •Experience in industrial or commercial facilities preferred
• •Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• •Knowledge of:
• •Pumps and piping systems
• •Industrial valves
• •Backflow prevention

• •Ability to read mechanical drawings and P&IDs is a plus
• •Comfortable working in varied environments and physical conditions
• •Strong safety mindset
