Description

• •Assessing and monitoring the health status of residents.
• •Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• •Communicating with healthcare professionals and family members.
• •Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

• •Strong organizational and time management skills.
• •Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Requirements

• •Valid LPN license in the state of practice is required.
• •Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
