Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Available Opportunities

Part-Time Evening Shift (PM)

• •0.6 FTE
• •8-hour shifts and every other weekend

Full-Time Overnight Shift (NOC)

12hr NOC shift 6PM-6AM is every other weekend

PRN All Shifts

Compensation

$28 – $35/hour, based on experience

Requirements

• •Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• •Active CPR
• •Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
