Zona a laborar: Ishop Macroplaza Tijuana

Responsabilidades:

Proporcionar soporte técnico a los usuarios de Apple y PC.

Realizar el armado y desarmado de computadoras.

Resolver problemas de hardware y software en los dispositivos de los clientes

Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a través de diferentes canales de comunicación

Requisitos:

Conocimiento en armado y desarmado de computadora.

Experiencia previa en soporte técnico y servicio al cliente.

Conocimientos sólidos en hardware y software.

Pasión por la tecnología y el servicio al cliente.

Bachillerato Culminado, Licenciatura - ingeniería trunca (Sistemas, Informática, o afín).
