  • Regelmäßige Analyse und Bewertung relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen von Serienlieferanten zur Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Optimierungspotenzialen in Produkt- und Prozessqualität
  • Planung und Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits zur Bewertung der Qualitätsfähigkeit sowie Steuerung und Nachverfolgung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Anwendung gängiger Qualitätsmethoden durch Schulung und fachliche Unterstützung der Lieferanten
  • Umsetzung der Qualitätsvorausplanung zur präventiven Qualitätsabsicherung in Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Freigabe von Kaufteilen beim Lieferanten
  • Fachliche Eskalation und Koordination bei Qualitätsabweichungen in der Serie sowie bei kritischen Lieferanten
  • DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit zusätzlicher Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitäts-, Prüf- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Auditorenausbildung nach VDA 6.3 (wünschenswert)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Core Tools des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Praxiserfahrung in Qualitäts- und Auditierungsprozessen, Prüfplanung, Messtechnik sowie Form- und Lagetoleranzen und gängigen Analyseverfahren
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
