At Mudflap, we're modernizing the $1 trillion trucking industry, the backbone of the U.S. economy. By helping over 100,000 underserved small businesses save over $1.5 billion on fuel, Mudflap has quickly grown into a profitable fintech platform that processes billions in annual payment volume.
Trucking keeps America moving, and Mudflap is building the technology to move the industry forward. This is an opportunity for a hands-on builder who moves fast, thinks strategically, and is excited to help define Mudflap's next chapter.

You bring ideas, challenge existing workflows, use AI aggressively to accelerate execution, and take full ownership of turning complex problems into measurable results. At our stage of growth, speed, curiosity, technical depth, and a strong sense of ownership are essential.

Advance our marketing technology: Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering to improve integrations, customer data, and the systems powering lifecycle marketing.
Operate like an owner: Move quickly, identify opportunities independently, solve complex problems, and continuously raise the bar on execution and efficiency.
Experience (What we look for):
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM, or marketing technology, with deep hands-on expertise in Braze or a comparable platform.
Strong technical capabilities across complex customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, APIs, webhooks, Liquid, and marketing data integrations.
AI-first and automation-driven mindset, with demonstrated experience using AI and automation to build smarter workflows, improve efficiency, and scale impact.
Highly analytical and results-oriented, with experience using experimentation, A/B testing, and customer data to drive measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional ownership and execution, with a track record of independently solving problems, moving quickly, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
