Eastwood Park Training Ltd is seeking an experienced Lift Trainer to deliver high-quality training and support the development of learners. This role is ideal for an industry professional looking to move into training or an existing trainer seeking a new challenge.
- Key Responsibilities
- - Deliver lift training courses
- - Support course design, assessment, and quality assurance
- - Maintain training equipment and facilities
- - Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- - Contribute to business development and client engagement
- Requirements
- Essential:
- - Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Lifts/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Systems and Equipment
- - Level 3 Award in Electrical Installation Inspection, Testing, Certification and Reporting
- - Industry experience in lift installation
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- To be willing to work towards the Portfolio Manager role in the future and provide AE services
- Desirable:
- - Teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
- - Previous training experience
You will work 37 hours per week at both our on-site Training Centre and at client's premises so some travel and overnight stays should be expected.
