What You’ll Do

• •Execute high-volume plating and preparation with speed, precision, and presentation standards.
• •Follow recipes to ensure consistency in taste and appearance across salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more.
• •Read and prioritize tickets; adapt to modifications quickly and accurately.
• •Maintain high standards of food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols.
• •Uphold kitchen cleanliness at all times—work surfaces, equipment, and common areas.
• •Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver efficient, quality service.
• •Flex into roles across stations (hot line, cold side, prep, etc.) as needed.
• •Remain calm and professional during peak and event-driven periods.

We’re Looking For You If You Have

• •Prior kitchen or line cook experience in fast-paced environments.
• •Strong multitasking, timing, and organizational skills.
• •Knowledge of food safety and cooking best practices (temps, sanitation, HM/GMP, etc.).
• •A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and readiness to learn and cross-train.
• •Availability flexible across days, nights, and weekends.

• •Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc.
• •Punctual, reliable, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• •Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift up to 25lbs.
