The Role

Prepare and plate dishes consistently, maintain an organized station, and support smooth kitchen service at Rosemary Rose.

What You’ll Do

Prepare menu items according to recipes, portions, and plating standards.

Set up, stock, clean, and close your station.

Monitor food quality and timing throughout service.

Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients properly.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures.

Communicate with the culinary team and assist with prep as needed.

Who You Are

Previous line cook experience preferred.

Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail.

Able to work efficiently under pressure and take direction.

Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions/Environment: Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, squatting, reaching, and stretching for eight hours daily; fast-paced movement throughout the property; lifting, carrying, pulling, or moving at least 50 pounds. These conditions represent those typically encountered when performing the role’s essential functions.
