Join a team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences on the water. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing exceptional meals that exceed guest expectations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

The Journey

Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and specifications while helping maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This role includes supporting dishwashing operations, kitchen sanitation, and overall back-of-house efficiency to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Ensure that food is cooked and plated to the highest standards of quality.
  • Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the head chef.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, kitchen surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Remove trash and recycling and support overall kitchen cleanliness.
  • Assist with kitchen opening, closing, and deep-cleaning procedures as needed.
  • Support other kitchen staff with general utility and food preparation tasks as assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Crew

  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, balance, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work aboard a vessel that may be away from dock for several hours at a time.
