Das erwartet Dich:

  • Bedienung der gesamten Mixanlagen über Prozessleitsysteme inkl. CIP
  • Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Mixanschlusskochung ( Feinplanung anhand des Mixfahrplans)
  • Aufgaben und Einteilung des Maschinenbedieners zur Unterstützung im Herstellungsprozess
  • Beseitigung von Linienstörungen bei Bedarf in Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik
  • Arbeiten mit JDE, MES, Dokumentation der Mixherstelleschritte
  • Einhaltung aller Bestimmungen und Vorschriften( Bsp. Kochereianweisungen, Allergene, RIM, HACCP) im Mixprozess
  • Vorbildliches Verhalten und Handeln in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit, Hygiene und Kosten
  • 3-Schichtsystem

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Wir erwarten von dir ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an technischen Abläufen und Prozessen. Du überzeugst durch freundliches und selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie Kontaktfreudigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Lebensmitteltechnische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares
