In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll operate, inspect, and maintain high-speed lining equipment to ensure the production of safe, high-quality closures used by popular food and beverage brands.

What We Offer:

• •Pay range $23.31 - $25.91 per hour
• •Schedule: 2-2-3 with every other weekend off – Friday - Sunday
• •Hours: 12-hour night, 5:45 am – 6:00 pm

What You Will Do:

• •Reset and calibrate vision systems at start of each shift
• •Verify all materials align with the daily production schedule
• •Use precision tools to take and record closure measurements
• •Perform visual quality inspections on closures
• •Monitor control panels and detect equipment jams or malfunctions
• •Make mechanical adjustments and repairs to equipment
• •Make basic mechanical adjustments and minor repairs as needed
• •Document production performance and communicate with the next shift
• •Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment

What You’ll Need:

• •High school diploma or GED required
• •2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• •Ability to work individually in a fast-paced production environment
