  • Position Objective: The incumbent is responsible for coordinating livestock activities across sheep, poultry, and cattle units to improve productivity, animal welfare, and operational efficiency. The role integrates technical planning, resource coordination, and performance monitoring to support efficient farm operations.
  • Division: Farm Operations Reports to: (Solid Line) Farm Manager
  • Department: Livestock Reports to: (Dotted Line) N/A
  • Education Requirements: • Formal training or certifications in livestock management, biosecurity, farm record-keeping, or reproductive management are an advantage.
  • Knowledge Requirements: • Knowledge of livestock husbandry for sheep, poultry, and cattle, including feeding, breeding, health, and welfare. • Familiarity with agricultural technologies, livestock performance monitoring, farm records, inventory control, and coordination with veterinarians and suppliers.
  • Work Experience: • 2–4 years of relevant experience in livestock operations, farm coordination, or animal production. • Proven track record in multi-species farm operations, reporting, and coordinating technical and operational activities.
