• Summary:
• As a LLM Model Developer, you will engage in the intricate process of fine-tuning Large Language Models. Your typical day will involve working on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation, focusing on enhancing the relevance and performance of models in specific contexts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the models meet the desired specifications and contribute to innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for model improvement and optimization.
• - Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and implement necessary adjustments.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• - Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
• - Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
• - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
• - Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
