Loan Officer – Knoxville, TN, Parkside Branch

Mortgage Investors Group

Mortgage Investors Group (MIG), one of the Southeast's leading residential mortgage lenders, is growing and seeking motivated Loan Officers to join our teams in Parkside (Knoxville) and Greeneville, Tennessee.

Whether you're an established producer looking for a stronger platform or an ambitious mortgage professional ready to grow your business, MIG offers the people, resources, products, and support to help you reach your goals.

What You'll Do

Help homebuyers and homeowners identify the right purchase and refinance financing solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Realtors, builders, referral partners, and past clients.
Build and grow your personal mortgage business through relationship development and business development activities.
Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing.
Collaborate with experienced processing, underwriting, and operational teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Stay informed about mortgage products, market opportunities, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

An active NMLS license, or the ability to obtain one.
Mortgage lending experience preferred; motivated candidates with a desire to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a successful mortgage business.
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and delivering an outstanding borrower experience.
