Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• •Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience
• •Three or more new purchase loans per month
• •Well-developed referral base, including realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys and/or accountants
• •College degree or equivalent work or military experience
• •Knowledge of real estate markets in local area
• •Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines
• •Favorable credit history and background check

Outside Sales Compensation

This position is 100% commission and those hired are eligible to earn monthly commissions that are based upon a percentage, 50-200 basis points (0.50%-2.00%), of funded loan volume. Total volume funded is based on individual production and performance. There is no cap on commissions.
