- Monitor the loan pipeline, including purchase contracts, financing contingencies, rate locks, documentation deadlines, underwriting milestones, and closing dates.
- Identify potential issues early and work collaboratively with the Loan Originator and operations team to resolve them.
- Assist with client follow-up, referral partner communication, events, marketing initiatives, and other business-development activities.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Realtors, and other referral partners through exceptional service and consistent communication.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about mortgage lending, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Qualifications include:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple active loan files and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

- Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach when working with borrowers and referral partners.
- Proficiency with loan origination systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, and other mortgage-related technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Who Will Succeed in This Role:
