• What You’ll Do
• As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and compliance of our loan portfolio. Your work will support customers, internal teams, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• •Managing loan onboarding and maintaining accurate loan records
• •Preparing payoff quotes and processing payments
• •Researching and resolving customer inquiries
• •Supporting collateral management, including insurance and documentation tracking
• •Assisting with loan reporting, remittance, and portfolio monitoring
• •Coordinating activities related to participations and secondary market loans
• •Ensuring proper recording, filing, and maintenance of loan documents
• •Providing general operational support to the Loan Servicing team

You’ll collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• •Minimum 3 years of experience in loan servicing or a related banking role
• •Strong understanding of lending fundamentals and collateral management
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Strong analytical and math abilities
• •Comfort working with computer systems and learning new platforms
• •Familiarity with loan documentation, lending policies, and banking procedures
