The Lobby Attendant (PM Shift) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of all public areas during the 3pm–11pm shift. This role ensures all guest-facing spaces are clean, welcoming, and in accordance with brand and company standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• •Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• •Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

• •Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• •Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• •Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• •Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• •Good communication and customer service skills.
• •Ability to consistently work the PM shift from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• •Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
• •Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• •Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• •Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
• •Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
• •Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
• •Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
• •Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• •Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• •Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
