Logistic Subject Matter Expert

About the Role

• Join us as a Logistics Subject Matter Expert and play a key role in driving operational excellence, business performance, and digital transformation across our logistics organization.
• This high impact position combines hands-on execution, process optimization, project leadership, and data driven decision making in a dynamic production environment.

What You Will Do

• •Own logistics execution within your subdomain , ensuring smooth, stable, and efficient logistic execution
• •Act as the go-to expert for operational collaborative performance and problem solving
• •Lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver real business impact
• •Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions
• •Manage projects end-to-end as a PMO lead , from definition through execution
• •Translate data into insights, actions, and measurable improvements
• •Collaborate across planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams

What We’re Looking For

• •5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• •Proven success leading projects and process improvement initiatives.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• •Experience in complex, high-volume environments.
• •Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• •Full-time onsite.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with SAP and analytics tools.
• •Exposure to automation, digital technologies, and AI solutions.
• •Semiconductor or manufacturing background.
