Logistics and Sales Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our team in Ireland as Logistics and Sales Administrator.

In the role of logistic and sales administrator, you will be responsible for:

• •Order books for outstanding spares and finished goods.
• •Stocktakes and Stock Reconciliation.
• •Coordinating customer deliveries.
• •Stock maintenance, including item creation, outstanding orders and system errors.
• •Supporting credit control regarding POD’s/Customer queries, investigation and resolution of customer queries.
• •Assisting with order input when required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for each role:

• •Previous experience in a similar role.
• •Microsoft office suite experience.
• •A flexible attitude combined with good organisational and time management skills.
• •Professional , calm and focused in pressure situations.
