Logistics And Supply chain Marketplace Operations Executive for International Operations

Role Overview

Mosaic is a fast growing cross-border e-commerce company operating across UAE, UK and KSA marketplaces. We are seeking a

highly organized and execution-focused International Operations Executive to support inventory management, marketplace

operations, fulfilment execution, and stakeholder coordination across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol and D2C channels.

 Maintain inventory accuracy and drive replenishment planning.

 Execute daily fulfilment activities and ensure SLA adherence.

 Support demand planning through sales reporting and analysis.

 Coordinate with customer support, warehouse and logistics stakeholders.

 Ensure SOP compliance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators

Inventory Accuracy

· Stock-Out Reduction

· Query Resolution TAT

Required Qualifications

 1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management or Supply Chain Operations.

 Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Portal.

 Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualification:

 Exposure to cross-border ecommerce logistics.

 Understanding of VAT and compliance documentation.

 Experience coordinating with 3PL and warehousing partners.
