Role Overview:

• •Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa.
• •Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• •Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
• •Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute all supplies accurately and timely to General Stores, ancillary departments, patient floors and clinical areas.
• •Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, DME, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily.
• •Process returns, manage supply distribution, DME distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
• •Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.

• •Location: 1275 York Ave, New York, NY (Main Campus)
• •Schedule : Schedule: Full-time with weekday shifts between 4:30 AM and 3:00 PM and rotating weekends from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Flexibility is required.

Pay Range: $23.49 - $32.46
