Job Title : Warehouse Outbound Coordinator (Logistics,Warehouse Operations)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Outbound Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage the outbound process. The role involves ensuring smooth operations and timely, accurate dispatches, while working closely with the team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• •Manage the day-to-day activities of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• •Coordinate with the sales and service teams for seamless order processing and timely execution.
• •Work closely with the logistics team to ensure product availability as per demand planning.
• •Develop and implement strategies for stock management, distribution, transportation, and customer service.
• •Optimize warehouse processes, including location planning and space utilization.
• •Organize picking, staging, and consolidation of materials in compliance with quality control (QC) norms.
• •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share them with management.
• •Create invoices and shipping documents to facilitate timely dispatch of products.
• •Ensure the timely coordination with transporters for pick-up and delivery, ensuring products reach customers in good condition and on time.
• •Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) stock management.
• •Allocate work to team members, ensuring they meet their assigned targets.
• •Book vehicles for daily dispatch and follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery and proper condition of goods.
• •Ensure clear and timely communication with the sales, service, and logistics teams, as well as with transporters, to keep everyone updated and ensure smooth operations.

Experience Requirement :

2-3 years of experience in warehouse outbound operations.
