Logistics coordinator

Job Description:

• •Approve customer orders and route them to the relevant warehouse based on item availability.
• •Adjust item inventory between the two finished-goods warehouses.
• •Prioritize and expedite items with low inventory or shortages to reduce missing-item cases and meet OTD targets.
• •Maintain regular communication with the logistics warehouse regarding new orders, complaints, priorities, and product-file updates.
• •Meet OTD KPI and product-availability targets.
• •Work in accordance with QA and RA requirements.
• •Generate weekly and monthly reports.
• •Run inventory counts.
• •MDM – Master data management, maintain SAP data.

Job Requirements:

• •1-2 years of experience in planning or logistics roles.
• •Previous experience in a medical or pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
• •Experience with Priority/SAP ERP is an advantage.
• •Academic degree in Industrial Management.
• •Good spoken and written English.
• •Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills.
• •Strong sense of urgency and ability to distinguish priority levels.
• •Data analysis .
