What You Will Do *

• •Coordinate and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments of aerospace parts/materials to ensure on-time delivery in line with production schedules
• •Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers to schedule shipments, including handling of controlled/export-restricted aerospace components where applicable
• •Manage logistics transactions and records in SAP (e.g., goods receipt, delivery scheduling, inventory movements, shipment tracking)
• •Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including customs declarations and compliance paperwork for import/export of aerospace materials
• •Monitor inventory levels in coordination with warehouse and production planning teams to prevent line-stoppage risk due to material shortages
• •Track shipment discrepancies, delays, or non-conformances, escalating issues per quality and AS9100 requirements where relevant
• •Maintain and update logistics dashboards/reports using Power BI to track KPIs (on-time delivery, lead time, shipment cost, supplier performance)
• •Support process digitization and automation initiatives using Power Apps
• •Monitor supplier and shipment status for supply chain visibility and early risk flagging
• •Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, production planning, quality, and finance to align logistics with manufacturing schedules
• •Ensure compliance with Singapore trade regulations, aerospace industry standards, and internal SOPss

What You Will Learn

• •End-to-end logistics operations within an AS9100-compliant aerospace manufacturing environment
• •Advanced use of SAP logistics/materials management modules
• •Dashboard and reporting development using Power BI, and workflow automation using Power Apps
• •Import/export compliance requirements specific to aerospace components and controlled goods
• •Cross-functional coordination across procurement, planning, quality, and production teams in a regulated manufacturing setting

Qualifications You Must Have *

• •Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• •Hands-on experience with SAP (logistics/materials management or equivalent module)
• •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular)
• •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time-sensitive shipments
• •Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• •Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience in the aerospace or precision manufacturing industry

Familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps for reporting/process automation

Knowledge of AS9100 or other aerospace quality/regulatory standards

Experience handling import/export documentation and Singapore Customs procedures
