As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator you will perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function. This position is located in North, PA - USA.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• •Monitoring sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment
• •Prepare Shipments – Create in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy
• •Schedule Shipments with carriers and/or customers as required
• •Send all pick-up request emails.
• •Comply with customer order requests.
• •Shipment expediting as requested/required.
• •Resolving SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders.

• •Consulting with the Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment
• •Vacation coverage in other areas of the department

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •Strong background in computerized inventory and shipping systems, preferably SAP
• •Ability to work under pressure;
• •Excellent problem solving skills and numeracy skills;
• •Enthusiastic team player;
• •Results oriented and high attention to detail;
• •Ability to learn computer skills

How Would You Stand Out ?

• •English Fluency
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Available to work overtime as needed to cover special situations.
