Summary

Oversees equipment logistics to ensure trucks, equipment, and materials are available, maintained, and efficiently supporting field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise drivers and equipment operators

Coordinate maintenance and repairs

Maintain compliance and inspection records

Ensure DOT and safety requirements are met

Communicate with field teams on equipment needs

Handle breakdowns and minimize downtime

Track fuel usage, equipment hours, and costs

Support hiring and training of drivers

Qualifications

Heavy equipment logistics experience

Knowledge of construction equipment preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with DOT regulations

Leadership experience

Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
