  • Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung der KPI-gesteuerten Leistungs- und Prozessverbesserung in der Logistik
  • Implementierung und Überwachung von Logistikstandards, Prozessen und Richtlinien
  • Steuerung von Logistikdienstleistern inklusive Vertrags-, SLA- und Budgetmanagement
  • Optimierung von End-to-End-Logistiklösungen sowie Material- und Distributionsprozessen
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Eskalationsmanagement und Prozessverbesserungen
  • Planung und Begleitung von Audits sowie Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und HSE-Anforderungen
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain Management, Logistik sowie Projekt- und Lieferantenmanagement
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP, Google Workspace sowie im Prozess-, Projekt- und Change Management
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • hohe Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsstärke und Belastbarkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
