Bindeglied zwischen Produktion – Outbound Logistics / Projects

Ansprechpartner für Versanddokumente/Bindeglied: Produktion - Outbound Logistics/Projects

Erstellung der Dokumente, wie Packlisten und Lieferscheine für den Versand, speziell für die Anforderungen des internationalen Zollrechts

Koordination Ladung/Abholung der Güter für den Transport

Die Erstellung der Pre-Zolldokumente für externe Dienstleister (-> Preisermittlung, Klassifizierung, Gewicht, Abmaße, Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben für Gefahrengüter)

Requests für Einklassifizierung der GE-Parts für den EU-Export wie für den Import des jeweiligen Empfängerlandes

Alles unter Einhaltung der EHS/ GE Richtlinien

Zusammenarbeit mit den Fixture Coordinator im Bezug auf Bestimmung der Returnables für den Re-Import

Zusätzlich: Steuerung des Versands von IR, URP und Pack Case in Absprache mit dem Lager

Erstellung von Work Flows und deren Dokumentation

Co-Owner Framework Element 9.4 - dangerous goods

Aufgaben

Einhalten der Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheit (z.B. EHS Rundgänge)

Verantwortlich für die Versand-Dokumentation

Erstellung von für den Versand relevanter Dokumente

Weiterentwicklung des Prozesses der Datenzusammenführung für die Versanddokumentation und deren Weitergabe/Bereitstellung

Missparts und Non-Standards buchen in Zusammenarbeit mit WE, Planung und PM

Kompetenter Ansprechpartner zu unseren Versandprozessen in Abstimmung mit Outbound Logistics (gerne auch Zollverständnis), Verladeschicht, Nacharbeit und PM/Site.

Bei Bedarf auch Teilnahme am Daily Management (Produktion & Outbound)

Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Versandvorgaben (Gewicht, Maße, IPPC Standards, Label, …)

Mitarbeit in Versand relevanten Projekten

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich Versand
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lager / Logistik / Materialtransfer
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrungen im GE System ORACLE
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Lean-Tools
  • Prozesserfahrung im Wind-Business
