Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Koordination und Monitoring aller Prozesse rund um unseren externen Lagerdienstleisters
  • 1st Level Support für alle Logistikangelegenheiten zwischen Werk und Logistikdienstleister (Prozess-Audits / Mängelrügen / Rechnungsprüfung /etc.)
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Werk und Logistikpartnern inkl. Steuerung von Prioritäten, Eskalationen und Klärfällen
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe entlang der gesamten Logistikkette (Wareneingang, Lager, Kommissionierung, Versand) inkl. Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Organisation und Teilnahme an Abstimmungen sowie Unterstützung im Shopfloor-Management
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Logistikprozessen und -konzepten
  • Überwachung von KPIs, Durchführung von Analysen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Steuerung externer Partner sowie Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen (z. B. Zollbehörden)

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung in der Logistikkoordination
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Logistikdienstleistern sowie in der Prozessoptimierung und im Logistikcontrolling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
